The role includes managing IT delivery of changes supporting existing processes and upskilling our user base.Whats the jobDesign develop and amend BI suite of reports / dashboards using established BI toolsCombine multiple online and offline sources to provide a wholistic viewIdentify opportunities to share best practice across banners and champion changeAct as a bridge between the technical teams and business need managing KITs delivery as requiredMaintain & develop automated reportingSupport adoption - upskill customers and be the SME to advise and develop functional capability driving a better data cultureUpdate data dictionaries for datasets and dataflows utilising common definitions formatting and naming conventionWhat we need:3 years proven experience or Qualified to degree level (preferably in maths or similar science)Competent user of query to retrieve and manipulate dataExpert at one or more enterprise BI tools ideally Business Objects and/or Power BIInquisitive nature; comfortable with owning a problem through to solutionAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesAbility to translate data into business termsExperience of advanced analysis methods and their applicationExperience within Retail or FMCG (desirable)Whats in it for meAs part of a great team youll be valued for who you are.
