Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:Assist with the collection, administration, research, and analysis of customer data to optimize and continuously improve the customer experience.Support the strategic design and implementation of customer experience programs, campaigns, and new product launches to enhance operational performance.Oversee day-to-day management of Primark’s Managed Service Partner and ensure high-quality service delivery.Identify pain points across customer touchpoints, champion customer needs, and drive improvements through process documentation, guidelines, and data analytics.Provide full administrative support on Salesforce, manage system and process updates, and deliver accurate reporting on key metrics for the operation and wider business.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, stay informed on industry trends, and proactively recommend best practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.What You’ll GetPeople are at the heart of what we do here, so it’s essential we provide you with the right environment to perform at your very best.Let’s talk lifestyle: 27 days of leave, plus bank holidays and if you want, you can buy 5 more.
