EduTalent Group are supporting an independent specialist school in East Sussex in recruiting a full-time SENCo to join their team after half term. This role could be offered on a short-term supply basis (46 weeks) or as a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the schools SEN strategy supporting pupils with SEMH communication and learning needs and working closely with staff parents and external agencies to ensure high-quality inclusive provision.
