The candidate will be responsible for the implementation and management of all marketing campaign activities across a number of channels including; email marketing, social media and paid per clicks.


The Campaigns Manager is responsible for generating, nurturing and maximising business leads through various channels including market research, email campaigns, CRM tools and social media. These leads will come from both our existing database and new leads generated by the campaign manager.


Core responsibilities:


Marketing campaigns


  • Develop marketing plans for each fund product (EIS, SEIS and Angel Syndicate) with look forward marketing campaigns to support each fund
  • Work with the OPC team to brainstorm content ideas (written, video etc) and plan our content schedules to support marketing campaigns - which may include; thought leadership, research papers, interviews or videos) 
  • Project manage all relevant campaigns and their execution including PR, email marketing, social media and monitor results / ROI
  • Manage hubspot database and ensure correct classification of hubspot database to enable niche campaigns where appropriate



New lead generation


  • Collaborate with sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies - e.g
  • Development of white papers and research pieces to solicit new leads
  • Focus on key client channels such as high net worth investors, wealth management firms and family offices.
  • Utilisation of channels such as social media (LinkedIN), PR, utilising third parties, paid advertising and email marketing to enable lead generation
  • Analyse and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement


Measures of success


  • New lead generation and addition of new investors
  • Increased engagement from existing investors
  • Increase in fundraising


Key skills & experience:


  • Experience in developing and running email marketing campaigns
  • Strong CRM and database management background, ideally in hubspot
  • Ability to organise forward looking and relevant content plans
  • Experience in growing database / newsletter numbers
  • ‘Return on investment’ and data driven focused


External relationships:

Liaise with and manage relationships with external providers such as design agency, web agency and lead generation specialists



OTHER:

We expect this to be a role with majority of time in office at our office in Westminster
