Eton Clarke is working with an Global Investment Bank, seeking a dynamic and ambitious Associate to join their TMT team. As a key member of their client and transaction teams, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in producing marketing materials, building financial models, and conducting detailed analyses.
  • Assist senior bankers in executing transactions, including structuring deals, managing processes, and driving execution.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring the accuracy and quality of their work.
  • Engage in financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and business valuations to support marketing and transaction activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, market counterparts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on market activities and relevant debt and equity products.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 2:1 degree classification.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of M&A experience, with specific knowledge and experience in the TMT sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Additional European language skills are desirable.
  • Mindset: Ambitious, with a desire to contribute to a leading global financial institution and grow into a future leadership role.
