Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TMT M&A Associate to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a key member of our Technology, Media, and Telecoms practice, you will work closely with senior bankers to deliver strategic advice to clients across the UK, EMEA, Asia, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on-going deals within the group, including M&A transactions, financing, and capital markets
  • Support senior bankers in delivering strategic advice to clients

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven background in investment banking with relevant transactional experience, preferably in TMT
  • Excellent financial modeling experience, including operating models, merger models, and LBO
  • Experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
