Description

  • Work closely with residents and contractors during property maintenance and refurbishment projects
  • Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure smooth operation of projects
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
  • Manage any issues or complaints that arise during projects
  • Keep accurate records of all communications and actions taken during projects
  • Work as part of the property team to continuously improve processes and resident satisfaction

Profile

A successful TLO should have:

  • An understanding of the housing sector and not-for-profit industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
