Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Location: Wednesbury Type: Permanent Industry: Technical and Engineering Salary: £43,000 per annum + excellent company benefits Workchain is currently seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client based in Wednesbury on a permanent basis. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, who has an experience of both mechanical and electrical repairs and servicing within a manufacturing environment, ideally within a FMCG company. This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis. Immediate interviews and starts are available. Key Responsibilities: * Perform general maintenance including PPM and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations are met at all times * Work closely with department managers and contractors to resolve issues efficiently * Maintain tools, supplies and accurate service records * Performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery and site infrastructure * Delivering planned preventative maintenance in line with CMMS schedules * Responding quickly to breakdowns, carrying out effective fault finding and repairs * Installing, testing, and commissioning new equipment * Adhering to all health and safety, audit, and quality requirements * Recording maintenance activities and keeping accurate logs up to date * P...
