This very well established business in Tonbridge is seeking a highly efficient PA to support the MD and Project Manager on a daily basis. Offering variety and the opportunity to use your skills as a PA you will will make a huge difference to this small but very successful team. Ensuring the smooth running of diaries, projects, administration and reports, your excellent attention to detail and strong PC knowledge will certainly benefit this role.
Candidates from a property, legal or construction background would certainly suit the business; you may have put detailed reports together, paginated PDF's or prepared legal bundles. You may understand the property sector and the process required in terms of maintaining a structured filing systems, having efficient process in place for reminders such as insurance, contact renewals and quote documents. Organising meetings and travels is your area of expertise and you ensure the person you are supporting knows every detail about their schedule.
That and you are happy to work in the office every day with a furry friend in the shape of the MD's lovely dog.

Other tasks include:
- Maintain internal processes such as filing and data management
- Answering calls, taking messages and screening as appropriate
- Dealing with enquiries and requests both internally and externally
- Manage travel arrangements including visas, accommodation, flights etc
- Provide administrative assistance in meetings
- Extensive diary management, making and rearranging appointments and making the best use of time
- Produce and prepare documentation for meetings, liaising with managers to ensure they have everything required
- Create presentations as directed, run reports and produce briefing paperwork
- Work with the wider team to ensure an effective and smooth process daily
- Work on Excel to update and organise spreadsheets
- Assist in obtaining quotes for relevant works
- Act as personal PA to MD where required - travel arrangements, post office runs etc
Do you consider yourself to have:
- Excellent computer skills, including the main Microsoft packages - Excel, PowerPoint and Acrobat
- Ability to touch type and compose professional correspondence
- Flexibility, adaptability, and tactfulness
- Calm and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Multitasking ability and excellent organisational skills
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Knowledge of data management, email systems, Excel, report writing, and time management
