REED are excited to be working with a leading software company in the Northeast who are looking to hire an experienced customer success manager.

Job description:

My client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join and lead a team of account managers. Ideally someone with SaaS experience (desirable), who can own the entire post-sales relationship, including onboarding, driving adoption, demonstrating ongoing value as well as the renewal process.

Responsibilities

  • Retaining, growing and managing enterprise level accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
  • Ensure that every Customer has a strategic plan aligned with their business objectives
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of services offered
  • Use a data driven approach to develop and execute customer success plans, including adoption, retention, and expansion strategies
  • Manage all renewal touchpoints for your customers 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and generate new product ideas

Experience:

  • You have 3+ years of experience of customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Previous experience in team management
  • Track record of hitting retention and growth targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Job type: Full time, permanent

Hybrid working available

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience.
