Stirling, United Kingdom Managed Estates Full time

The role:

Our company, which provides rural estate management services across Scotland, is looking to recruit an experienced part-time (or possibly full-time) Bookkeeper to join our team based in our office just outside Stirling. 


Your day to day responsibilities:

· All aspects of bookkeeping including the submission of VAT returns for your own portfolio of clients.

· Manage utilities contracts for your own clients.

· Assist with payroll processing.

· Some general office administration.


Your skills and experience:

To be considered for this role you should have a bookkeeping qualification to AAT level 3 or equivalent, plus at least 2 years experience in a bookkeeping role. 

You will have a good working knowledge of accounting software. You will mainly be using Farmplan Business Manager and ideally will be well versed in its functionality, but if not, full training can be provided. 

You must have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

Good communication skills are also important.


Work location

This is an office-based role, but there is flexibility around hours/days of work. Due to the location of the office, a driving licence is essential.


Salary:

£12-£15 per hour, depending on experience.
