  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency in every project.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate project plans, status reports, and process documentation.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
  • Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, distil the 'noise', and present clear, actionable solutions.
  • Process-Focused: Passion for process improvement and a strong understanding of quality management principles.
  • Creative and Personable: Able to bring creative solutions to the table while working collaboratively and building strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Initiative: A proactive self-starter who can work independently and show initiative in improving processes and delivering on objectives.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management software and digital tools.

Desirable but not essential: Experience in the maritime, aerospace, or technology sectors would be advantageous and/or experience in Sea/Space exploration sectors

Benefits:
