Your new company New Dawn Homes Ltd are a well-established and growing residential house developer, based in Cheltenham. We specialise in high quality housing with uniquely designed homes with exceptional style. From starter homes right up to executive 5-bedroom detached homes. We are a small friendly team who love what we do, we encourage and support each other. Your new role. We are currently looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to work at our Gloucestershire developments. You will be working in the marketing suite selling a unique collection of 2-5 bedroom homes. New Dawn Homes have upcoming developments locally to move onto once these developments are completed. The role will require working in the marketing suite, selling houses from a showhome. Working 4 or 5 days a week, including weekends (or a potential part-time job share working alternate weekends). You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the house sales, meeting, and exceeding sales targets with a proven track record in sales of New Homes or property. Assisting the Managing director with product design, research, and marketing. What you will need to succeed The ideal candidate will be personable, highly organised, enthusiastic, dynamic and driven with a proven sales track record. You will be responsible for promoting and subsequently selling our stylish new homes. Building a rapport and generating leads, impressive sales and negotiating skills. Maintain the show house and marketing suite to an impeccable standard. Answering telephone calls, website enquiries and registering new applicants. Building and maintaining a close relationship with customers, helping them through the entire home buying process from choosing kitchens to handing over the keys on move in day. This role is extremely satisfying. Well-presented and passionate, to be a brand ambassador for New Dawn Homes and uphold their enviable reputation.
