Operations and Engagement Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with Possible Extension)Part Time 25 hours per week (over 4 or 5 days)Location: Harrogate-based office (Mondays and Fridays essential); hybrid remote working available on other daysSalary: 22667 (FTE 34000)Benefits: 27 days annual leave pro rata (plus bank holidays increasing with length of service) and a 5% employer pension contributionOur client is a small but fast-growing education technology company offering an innovative online resource for schools. They are seeking an organised proactive and enthusiastic individual to join their team asOperations and Engagement Coordinator.In this varied role you will play a key part in keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day while engaging directly with schools. The position combines administration customer communication marketing and social media support and CRM management. Youll serve as the first point of contact for customers ensuring efficient operations behind the scenes and building strong relationships with schools.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support across the business.Manage and maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and currency.Assist with scheduling school training and catch-up calls document preparation and email correspondence.Support content development for the new KS2 and KS3 curricula including example sentence writing.Create and format new resources such as worksheets and certificates and upload content to the company website.Respond to teacher enquiries via email or video call.Help onboard new schools including scheduling and leading basic online training sessions.Monitor schools site usage and provide email support to teachers.Monitor teacher feedback flagging issues or opportunities for improvement.Proactively recruit new schools to use the companys resource and secure commitments from returning schools.Support the creation and scheduling of social media content.Assist with email campaigns newsletters and website updates.Contribute ideas for content customer stories and events to build the companys community.Attend selected education conferences.Candidate RequirementsStrong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong IT literacy.Experience creating or managing social media content (desirable).Experience delivering online training (desirable).This role is ideal for someone with an interest in education and technology who is passionate about contributing to a growing social enterprise.To apply please use the link provided or contact Unity Resourcing for more information.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Business Development,Employee Orientation,Public Health,Account Management,VersionOne,Conflict Management,Project Management,Relationship Management,Team Management,Customer relationship management,Human Resources,Public Speaking Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
