Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise the operational workflow to meet customer deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and ensure their requirements are satisfied
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative regulations
  • Maintain customer profiles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Address and escalate customer issues as needed
  • Coordinate with approved third parties to arrange the shipment of goods to various international destinations
  • Raise payable invoices to customers and overseas agents based on agreed rates and tariffs, while monitoring financial profit and loss on your shipments
  • Perform all administrative functions in line with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate as part of a team to support customers and contribute to the company's growth objectives
  • Utilise the CW1 system to complete export documentation and operational procedures

  • Ideally have 3-5 years of recent, relevant industry experience, particularly in ocean exports from quote to delivery
  • CW1 experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training and support will be provided
