Senior Reward Analyst - 12 Months - Daily rate based on experience (Inside IR35) - Fully remote



Annapurna are searching for a highly skilled Senior Reward Analyst to join a dynamic team and lead a comprehensive total rewards transformation across the EMEA region. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about designing, implementing, and optimising total rewards programmes to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.



Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of a strategic total rewards framework aligned with business objectives and market trends across the EMEA region.


  • Compensation Analysis and Design: Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation structures, market benchmarks, and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices. Design and implement innovative compensation programmes, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans.


  • Benefits Management: Evaluate existing benefits offerings and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimisation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and administer competitive benefits packages that meet the diverse needs of employees across the EMEA region.


  • Performance Management: Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to review and enhance performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.


  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to total rewards programmes across the EMEA region. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation and benefits.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to analyse key metrics and trends related to total rewards programmes. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making processes.


  • Change Management: Assist with change management efforts to effectively communicate total rewards initiatives and foster adoption and engagement among employees and stakeholders.


  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and integration of total rewards programmes with broader organisational strategies.
