When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. And you could be a part of the team making it happen.

The primary focus of this role will be to support Young Lives vs Cancer’s Income & Engagement stakeholders to understand supporter behaviour and drive income growth. In addition to this, the Senior Insight Analyst will work on Services data to understandour reach and impact. Moreover, they will aid in the development of the CRM system.

The Senior Insight Analyst will be responsible for managing the analysis function with the Strategy and Insight team. They will work with stakeholders to define the key questions to be answered that will drive income growth. The Senior Insight Analyst willline-manage the Insight Analyst, working together using a range of internal and external data sets to deliver strategic analysis with actionable recommendations to teams across the income and engagement portfolio. They will ensure that all insight given isaccurate and timely, ensuring a culture of delivering measurable value is delivered.

Young Lives vs Cancer is open to and in support of flexible working. We are currently defining our approach to hybrid working. Your flexibility requirements and that of the role will be discussed at interview stage with you.

This role is home based with occasional/ regular visits to Young Lives vs Cancer workplaces.

You will have proven experience of analysing and interpreting statistical data and imaginatively disseminating findings and recommendations through excellent verbal and written communications. Have a track record in value-analysis and decision support, abilityto demonstrate where analysis and recommendations have resulted in additional value. A proven experience of working across teams and departments, balancing competing needs to find compromise and win-win positions. You will have experience using relational(CRM) databases. You will be required to have strong project management skills to deliver cross-functional projects through management of internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong technical skills with the ability to use various programs toaid in analysing and interpreting statistical data and disseminating findings an recommendations to stakeholders.
