You will also ensure that the regional field sales plan is aligned with the the On Trade strategy and overall GB business plan.The Company…One of the biggest names in drinks this brand continues to grow, they have a strong presence across Grocery and Convenience whilst being a long standing favourite in the On Trade. The company has an incredible culture, you are encouraged to be you which is truly unique and you are really valued as an employee.Who are you?We are looking for a candidate that knows the On Trade like the back of their hand, you will be up with the trends of whats good and whats not. You will also be a people leader, a big element of this role is coaching so you will need to only be able to lead by example but have a real passion for developing people.
