By planning ahead, we create opportunities for the people we support to lead active and fulfilling lives.Supervising and supporting our PBS PractitionersCollaborating with the Regional Leadership Team to improve the experience of the people we support and our colleaguesDelivering Active Support and PBS training and monitoring the outcome and impact of thisProvide high quality best practice approaches to support the achievement of person centred goals for the people we supportWorking with services to reduce the use of restrictive practices.Ability to work collaboratively as a team with excellent communication skills.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour SupportBCBA or UKBA(cert))Registration with UK-SBA (or willingness to register)Experience:At least 1 years experience working in social careSkilled in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and interventions to increase skills and reduce behaviours of concernFamiliarity with working with multi-disciplinary teams and balancing the differing views of stakeholdersOur SupportWe go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support.
