Good In Coordinator

- Working to the Purchasing, Goods Inward and other all pertinent Company Procedures.
- Managing incoming deliveries into Good Inwards and the yard.
- Book in deliveries from suppliers, checking that the information matches the purchase order and undertake general checks in relation to product conformity to drawing and or specification.
- Receiving packages and carry out initial checks to ensure the quantity, description and quality match the delivery note and purchase order.
- Prompt receipting of deliveries into Epicor Kinetic the Company’s ERP system in real time.
- Filing delivery notes and other documents utilising electronic systems where available.
- Where necessary offloading/onloading deliveries as required by the business with the aid of a Forklift truck.
- Organising and control the on-time flow of Sub-Contract items in and out of the business.
- Raising of Purchase orders for sub contract items and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Carry out First Article checks on new products with support of the Engineering Department as they arrive.
- Transferring stock between storage locations within Epicor.
- With the support of the Goods Inwards and Inspection Controller implement perpetual inventory counts using appropriate resources, and process return information in conjunction with other teams.
- Efficient control of consignment WIP/Stock areas, stock management and reporting.
- Deputising for the Goods Inwards and Inspection Controller as necessary.
- Ensuring any health and safety concerns are reported to the Goods Inwards Controller and /or the Procurement Manager immediately.
- To carry out any other duties that may reasonably be requested giving due regard to your existing status.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good administrative skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- High level of precision with regard to documentation, computer work, stock counts and checking accuracy of documents etc.
- 1-year equivalent work experience in a Goods Inwards or Inspection role, ideally in a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment.
- Valid Forklift licence or willing to be trained.
- Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.

- The scheme is a contributory scheme, with the employee contributing 4% of earnings and the Company contributing 4% of earnings. Company contributions increase to 6% after 5 years’ service and 7% after 10 years’ service.
