An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Administrator to join our vibrant and inclusive team at Brixham College.We are looking for a well-organised efficient and proactive individual to provide a high-quality administrative service supporting the delivery of outstanding care and provision for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).This is a varied and rewarding position that requires excellent administrative skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm professional approach.Were seeking someone who:Has excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.Possesses strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with students staff parents and outside agencies.Understands the emotional developmental and educational needs of children and young people.Demonstrates high standards accuracy and attention to detail.Is confident with IT systems particularly Microsoft 365.Holds GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).Experience in a school setting or knowledge of SEN processes would be an advantage but not essential.Why Join UsAt Brixham College we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every student is empowered to thrive.
