TrueNorth are exclusively partnered with a growing organisation in Newcastle who are embarking on a company wide technology and digital transformation programme - as such we're looking for a Delivery Manager to join the team.


This role will be working closely with the internal development teams to support the delivery and release of high quality, impactful software for the organisation.


You will be responsible for:

  • Leading software delivery in Agile and Lead practices
  • Working with internal teams and stakeholders on building effective relationships to support successful delivery
  • Taking the lead with release management
  • Ensuring comprehensive and robust change management across the teams


Key skills and experience:

  • Software focussed Delivery Management experience
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Agile
  • Azure DevOps, Project Plans, RAID logs
  • Very strong stakeholder management and engagement
  • Ability to motivate and energise teams to bring them on the journey with you at an exciting time


Beneficial:

  • It may be beneficial to have come from a software dev / tech background, however is by no means essential


We have a starting salary range up to £70k plus up to 20% bonus and great benefits, including a 15% pension contribution.


The role will be based from their newly refurbished (to a very high standard) offices, on a hybrid working basis of 2-3 days in office.
