We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant with 5-7 years' experience.
Our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultants are required to have prior Salesforce expertise e.g. Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Sales, Service Cloud. The ideal candidate has a background in digital marketing either agency, client or consultancy side.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS

  1. Able to understand client business, challenges and utilise industry experience to form recommendations
  2. Takes ownership of functional design and build on a small/ medium project
  3. Takes responsibility for complex build items and delegates effectively other build work
  4. Able to estimate and plan work
  5. Leads workshops/ playback/ training sessions
  6. Mentors and supports junior colleagues


KEY COMPETENCIES

  1. Able to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written fashion
  2. Explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  3. Adapts communication to the audience
  4. Able to challenge the client and justify their own viewpoint
  5. Able to lead Sprint Playbacks, highlighting business value of the solution
  6. Able to respond to feedback and tailor messaging
  7. Leads discussions with the team and encourages collaboration
  8. Works collaboratively with the client to refine requirements and design solutions
  9. Supports junior team members and quality assures their work
  10. Sets the standard for solution design and build and ensures that junior team members comply with these standards
  11. Takes end to end ownership of features
  12. Demonstrates high quality build and adhered to QA standards


TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  1. Approximately 3 – 5 years experience
  2. Experience across range of apps/ clouds (e.g. SFMC, Core SFDC, Datorama, Mobile Studio)
  3. Confident in standard and advanced configuration areas (e.g. email templates, automation studio, journey builder)
  4. Able to design and build solutions to meet complex client requirements
  5. Demonstrates commercial awareness on projects
