Each day as a graduate will offer new opportunities and challenges ensuring no two days feel the same.Engineering within the Data Centre Facilities Team is about developing highly resilient Mechanical systems required to cool and support the critical processes within Modern Data Centres both sustainability and reliably.As a graduate mechanical engineer at Ramboll you will be involved in the design and delivery of primary mechanical systems such as cooling ventilation automation & control and a wide range of ancillary support systems. You will also develop a rich understanding of building physics and sustainable design solutions that will inform the Data Centre Facilities engineering design principles.You will become a part of the Buildings department which includes the Data Centre Facilities team Building Services Structures Civil Facades Acoustics and many other specialist teams. For this role your starting point should be:A BEng MEng or MSc level degree in a relevant engineering subjectInterest in the design of critical Building Services especially mechanical systemsAn active curiosity around building physics sustainable design solutions building automation and critical thinking.Demonstrable aptitude to learn and understand the principals of computational fluid dynamics modelling and complex data manipulation and processingAbility to summarise and present complex engineering concepts via different channelsAn interest in Digital Automation and Optimisation   .We dont expect you to know everything but that you show curiosity take responsibility and want to deliver high-quality work.
