They are now looking for a Special Projects Marketing and Communications Manager to join them on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months.

 

The Role

 

As a Special Projects Marketing and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our client’s HQ building project, an initiative critical to the future of their organisation. This high-impact role demands a strategic and organised individual who will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan, taking full ownership of its execution and success.

 

Your responsibilities will include driving and managing campaigns from inception to completion, continuously monitoring performance, and fine-tuning strategies based on engagement analysis to ensure alignment with the project’s overarching goals. You will collaborate closely with key members of the Marketing and Communications department, coordinating all project-related activities to maintain consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels.

 

Building and maintaining strong relationships, particularly with the Project Director and core team, will be essential to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with the project's objectives. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for responding to campaign-related comments and feedback, managing any potential crises with a calm and strategic approach.

 

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the project's marketing and communication strategy, ultimately contributing to our client’s long-term vision and success.

 

About You

 

To be considered as a Special Projects Marketing and Communications Manager, you will need:

 

- Proven experience in managing and implementing marketing and communications campaigns for high-profile projects

- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing

- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
