Position Overview: The Manager, Amazon Data & Analytics, will play a critical role in managing client relationships, delivering actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making across our portfolio. This role requires a strong analytical background combined with excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to both internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary data and analytics point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality, timely insights and reports.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights into client performance across Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with account managers and other teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance client performance and ROI.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analyses.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for client strategies.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations of data insights to clients, making complex information accessible to non-technical stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketplaces. Previous client-facing experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
