Amazon Operations Manager

As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure your area of the business meets customer demands. You will gain experience in analysing and implementing corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity levels, and support and lead a team to achieve business objectives.
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites, prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks. You will also be involved in individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
The CF team is responsible for managing dynamic inventory and facilitating speedy deliveries round the clock. You will collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and analyse performance to suggest process improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
Relevant experience in performing data analysis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
Experience in a logistical working environment
Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
