If you are excited about joining us and think you have some of what we are looking for even if youre not 100% sure we would love to hear from you.Job DetailsSupporting our Delivery Managers to implement a portfolio of change projects helping a busy Home Claims team to translate great ideas into credible plans that benefit customers colleagues and our companyBuilding a supportive group of stakeholders to draw on for each change and work creatively to solve challenges in partnership with frontline colleagues specialists within the Claims Operation and the wider Claims/Hastings teamsSupporting a whole systems thinking approach that ensures each change considers processes across the customer journey so that change is implemented well with lasting resultsEnsuring processes within each change have been documented controls are in place to reduce the risk of error and key performance reporting enables project benefits to be tracked wellSupporting the delivery of robust plans to implement each change ensuring each project has clear outcomes clear timelines and can be embedded within the Claims OperationCoordinating the changes across several areas including IT systems processes and customer communications as well as supporting the budget process for each projectSkills we would love you to haveHome Claims experience requiredKnowledge of working change in a regulated environment (Insurance/Claims)Strong track record of supporting/delivering multiple projects successfully including changes across operational areas IT and process changesGenuine drive motivation and passion for making things better for colleagues and customers as well as the companyThe interview processOur interview process involves the below:1st stage- Competency-based interview2nd stage - PresentationWhat we offerJoin us and youll find a different way of doing things.
