Transport Admin CoordinatorLocation: GuildfordSalary: £32K-£38k depending on experienceHours: Monday to Friday: 7am to 5.30pm, One in three Saturdays: 7am to 12.30pmMy client: Integrated recycling, waste management and aggregates business, servicing a wide range of commercial and domestic customers, strong logistical and operational services, growing year on year.The Role: My client is looking for an individual that has ideally come from a Transport background with a strong background in organisation and administration:• Check vehicle defects• Getting prices from suppliers for any parts needed• Keeping check on stock levels of cleaning items and consumables• Taking deliveries and putting away in stores if required• Assisting with any issues with the drivers• Using vans to pick up parts/reverse assistantsThe ideal Candidate: A brilliant communicator, an individual that can make things happen and follow through as well as keeping individuals informed. You will have to be very organised, enjoy working in a small team that is always on the go
