This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans meticulously.
Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences outlined in care plans.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health status.
Document daily activities and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all equipment is used safely.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Experience Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
