As the company continues to grow, they're looking for a skilled Bench Joiner to join their team.They're seeking a motivated and experienced Bench Joiner to join their workshop team on either a Permanent, Temp or Freelance basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality joinery products, including doors, windows, cabinets, and bespoke furniture.Responsibilities: * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Measure, cut, and shape wood materials to precise dimensions * Assemble wood components using various joinery techniques * Sand, finish, and polish completed products to a high standard * Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and tools * Ensure quality control throughout the production process * Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met * Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshopQualifications: * Proven experience as a Bench Joiner * Proficient in using woodworking machinery and hand tools * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetIn return, our client is offering: £30k - £40k
