HR Advisor – hybrid working
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist to step into a HR Advisor role.
The HR Advisor role is to assist the HR Operational team with the efficient day-to-day running of the HR department.
HR Advisor – hybrid working
Duties are:
- Responsible for the new joiner and leaver processes
- Hold HR induction for all new support team joiners, and lawyer inductions
- New starter on-boarding checking processes.
- Ensures HR Admin completes accurate admin tasks and assists with managing HR Admin
- Works with HR teams and HR Admin to produce salary review and bonus letters.
- Exit interviews and puts forward suggestions of trends/patterns for bi-annual reporting.
- Works with HR Department to complete half year and full year HR metrics.
- End of Probation reviews; Parental Leave, Flexible Working, Compassionate Leave, Promotion logistics etc.
- Collaborates with Talent Officer and HR to manage our annual recruitment processes including assessment centres, vacation weeks, insight days.
HR Advisor – hybrid working
As a HR Advisor, you must be proactive, dedicated and ready to embrace a step up.
- Candidates must have prior experience in the legal sector, as this is essential for the role.
- A willingness to learn on the job, coupled with a positive, 'can-do' attitude, is required.
- The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and detail-oriented in all aspects of their work.
- A genuine passion for promoting and supporting the firm's Diversity and Inclusion strategy is also a key requirement for this position.
