What You'll Do:


  • Innovate and Lead: Drive the end-to-end development of cutting-edge solutions, ensuring they transition smoothly from concept to market release.
  • Agile Champion: Lead cross-functional teams with agile methodologies, streamlining product development and fostering collaboration.
  • Dynamic Development: Engage in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to keep our development environment vibrant and iterative.
  • Security Architect: Develop and implement a robust security architecture based on Zero Trust principles.
  • Idea Realization: Turn innovative ideas into actionable plans through technical evaluation and proof of concept.
  • Comprehensive Support: Assist in business planning, contract negotiation, marketing, training, and ongoing product management to bring concepts to market-ready solutions.
  • Market Launch: Support the delivery of new solutions and features, leading training initiatives to ensure successful market entry.
  • Developer Advocate: Support developer programs around Sharp embedded technologies, Sharp OSA, and Cloud APIs.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Contribute to marketing materials, training guides, and white papers, and collaborate with colleagues in the USA and Japan to develop global strategies.


What You'll Need:


  • Proven experience in product development or a related role.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic technical understanding to bridge communication between technical and non-technical team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.


Bonus Points For:


  • Familiarity with the print industry, business process automation, and user & output management for MFP, IFPD, and LFD devices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or PMP).
  • Understanding of Cloud services, internet, network systems, and protocols.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Network solutions.
  • Ability to develop product development and marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
