Our reputation depends on the service we provided to our internal and external customers.Main purpose of the role:The job holder is responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to various senior managers within Just Mortgages with the emphasis on new starters systems and databases to provide information to our Network and management team.As Just Mortgages continues with its growth plans the job holder will improve and update existing systems to ensure information is readily available both to managers and our Network and will ensure all our record keeping requirements are robust.Activities / Main Duties:Responsible for supporting senior management in a variety of administrative and planning tasksLiaison with our Principle Firm and new entrants to ensure on-boarding is seamless efficient and all systems updatedMaintenance of various databases with proactive management to ensure data accuracy and efficiencyCollaboration with the recruitment and compliance departments to meet their administrative needsAny other administrative duties as required by management and other stakeholdersRole specific competencies:Excellent communication skills both written and verbalExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailPrevious administrative experience is essentialIT literate ideally an expert in using Excel and Word Self-motivated proactive and a willingness to learnAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management and other businessesExcellent time management and workload prioritisationYour Next StepWe really want to hear from you - even if you arent ready to apply and simply want a chat to one of the team.
