Were looking for a dynamic Safeguarding Quality and Practice Manager to lead and champion safeguarding excellence across our organisation. In this pivotal role youll be the central source of safeguarding expertise - advising senior leaders shaping strategy and ensuring best practice is embedded throughout our services. Youll lead on strategy practice training data analysis and multi-agency collaboration all while promoting a culture of empowerment co-production and service user voice.
