An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Reservations Agent. Based at our Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Poole, you will assist the Revenue, Reservations & Events Sales Manager. As the Reservations Agent, you will handle telephone enquiries, manage bookings, and effectively sell available rooms to maximize revenue. You will ensure each guest or caller is handled efficiently and courteously, with all bookings processed in Opera and confirmed with the client according to company standards.
