My client, a leading provider of luxury textiles for hotels and spas, are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships across the South of England, with a focus on growing business within current accounts. If you thrive in a field-based position, excel in customer service, and have a passion for driving sales, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you


As an Account Manager you will have the chance to work out in the field 2-3 days a week, managing your time and diary effectively to cover a large area. Your exceptional time management skills will be crucial as the role may require occasional overnight stays. You’ll actively seek new opportunities to expand our business within existing accounts, all while providing top-tier customer service and communication to clients at all levels.


If you have previous experience within the hotel, spa, or textiles industry, along with a strong sales background in a field-based role, we'd love to hear from you


  • Sales experience and customer service expertise are essential for success in this role.
  • Proven ability in time management, with the flexibility to travel across the South of England as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing and growing existing client relationships, ideally within the hotels, spas, or textiles sector.
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals at all organizational levels, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within current accounts.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar Account Manager position within the hospitality or textiles industry.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight as necessary.

  • £35k salary
