Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with significant exposure to corporate governance and entity management.
  • Strong understanding of UK corporate law and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with international corporate governance standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with entity management software and databases.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to support a hybrid role requiring two to three days onsite in Greater London-based office.

Support our multinational corporate client on the following:

Corporate Governance

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and other governance documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Monitor and update statutory registers and company records.
  • Support the organisation of board and committee meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas and meeting materials.

Entity Management

  • Maintain a database of all group entities, including domestic and international subsidiaries.
  • Assist with the formation, dissolution, and restructuring of entities as required.
  • Ensure timely filings of statutory documents with Companies House and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and advisors regarding entity management tasks.

General Legal Support:

  • Conduct legal research and provide summaries on various legal issues related to corporate governance and entity management.
  • Draft and review basic legal documents and correspondence.
