  • Completing Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) to ensure the rights and safety of individuals are upheld.
  • Conducting thorough Care Act assessments to determine eligibility for support and services.
  • Providing duty and on-call support as needed, demonstrating reliability and readiness to assist in urgent situations.
  • Managing a diverse caseload efficiently while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
