We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our growing team and help us continue to provide excellent care for our young adults.

As a CQC Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions in their day-to-day activities. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their personal care, emotional and social needs are met with dignity and respect. Your dedication and passion for enhancing the lives of others will be integral to our company's success, and we will provide you with all the necessary training and support to excel in this role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work with young adults in a person-centred and respectful manner, promoting their independence and choice in daily activities.
- Support individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring each individuals dietary requirements are met.
- Administer medication in accordance with medication policies and procedures.
- Support individuals in leisure and social activities, helping them to lead fulfilling lives.
- Complete appropriate documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, the young adults your supporting, and their families to promote teamwork and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and legislative requirements, including Health and Safety and Safeguarding procedures.
- Attend training and development sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in care and support.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a care or support worker role, preferably with individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or mental health conditions.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures and other relevant regulations.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- A caring and empathetic nature and a passion for making a positive impact on others' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with the young adults your supporting, colleagues, and their families.
- A good level of written and spoken English.
