This role involves managing and controlling global logistics purchase orders and freight invoices, supporting export operations, and ensuring financial accuracy across all logistics transactions. As the Global Logistics Account Coordinator, you will work 37 hours a week Monday to Thursday 8am-16.45pm and Friday 8am-1pm. This position is offered on a permanent contract. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in implementing and overseeing invoice procedures, managing logistics purchase orders, and processing customer payments, looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, global organisation. Experience in logistics or supply chain administration would be an advantage. Global Logistics Account Coordinator Responsibilities: Manage global logistics purchase orders, cost control, and invoice accuracy. Coordinate with the Shipping Team to align with shipment schedules and ensure timely processing. Verify and process freight invoices, resolving discrepancies to maintain audit compliance. Maintain accurate shipment dashboards and financial reporting systems. Build strong relationships with freight forwarders and internal departments to drive efficiency. Global Logistics Account Coordinator Requirements: Experience with MRP systems and invoice management processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial data. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in logistics administration or freight invoicing roles.
