Job Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Administrative Support: Provide broad-ranging administrative support across various functions within the organisation, contributing to the smooth running of general business operations. Your role will involve managing a diverse array of tasks, ensuring that all aspects of administrative services are efficiently coordinated.

  • Task Management and Execution: Undertake a variety of basic assignments, adhering strictly to well-defined procedures. You will receive job-specific training to ensure a thorough understanding of your responsibilities, enabling you to perform your duties confidently and competently.

  • Routine and Manual Tasks: Execute routine or manual tasks with precision, following established procedures. Your role will require semi-skilled capabilities developed through practical work experience, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Issue Resolution: Address routine issues with the guidance and approval of your supervisor, ensuring that any problems are resolved swiftly and effectively. While following set procedures, you will have the opportunity to develop problem-solving skills within a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Numerical Proficiency: A high level of numerical proficiency is essential, with proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records accurately. Attention to detail and precision in financial management are critical to success in this role.

  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. This ensures the integrity of financial records and the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A proactive approach to customer service is crucial, with the ability to work independently while remaining focused on achieving results. You will be expected to deliver high-quality service with minimal supervision, ensuring that all stakeholders receive timely and effective support.

  • Collaborative Working: The ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, including management and external agencies, is essential. You will contribute to maximising performance, creativity, and problem-solving across the organisation, ensuring that outcomes are consistently positive.
