  7. Ability to work under pressure, managing a portfolio of work and ability to manage scrutiny from third parties

Desirable Skills

  • A demonstrable track record of providing specialist in-house legal support and advice within a consumer or other public body.
  • Understanding and experience of consumer policy, consumer protection and/or regulatory issues.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the consumer advocacy, information and advice landscape in Scotland and elsewhere in the UK.
  • Knowledge and understanding of public bodies in Scotland and their duties and functions.
