Position: Head of Engineering

Location: North Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £110,000 + comprehensive benefits package


About Us:

Now, we're on the lookout for an experienced, results-driven Head of Engineering to spearhead Engineering on site and continue their tradition of excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to achieve set goals
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and high company safety and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and deliver outstanding results.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing is an absolute must.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
