Mechanical Associate – To £85K + Package + Up to 15% Bonus With projects ranging from the largest regeneration project in Europe (€8 billion), data centres, to the sensitive refurbishment of Grade I and Grade II Listed buildings, this is a unique opportunity.As a Mechanical Associate, you’ll work directly with (not just for) the founding Director, a charismatic, chartered engineer who never compromises on quality.You’ll benefit from unmatched autonomy, a clear route to Director, a comprehensive benefits package, and a yearly bonus that is typically between 10% to 15%You’ll be involved in projects from concept, feasibility, all the way to post-occupancy, supporting clients and providing value.As a Mechanical Associate, you’ll liaise directly with architects, developers, and project managers. You’ll set client briefs, review or produce designs, manage technical delivery, and ensure smooth coordination across all disciplines.You’ll manage the mechanical team, review their IESVe and Revit models, and be accountable for the technical and financial success of projects. RequirementsDegree qualified and preferably Chartered8+ years’ experience in the Building Services industryProven experience leading projects from concept to completionStrong technical understanding of HVAC systems and sustainable design principlesExcellent communicator and collaborator, able to liaise with architects, developers, and clientsFull UK working rights (no sponsorship available)BenefitsInvolvement in UK and international projectsUp to £85,000 basic salary25 days of annual leavePerformance and pay review within the first 6 monthsTrue flexible working hoursAnnual bonus (typically 10–15%)Matched pension up to 5%Clear route to the DirectorProfit share(3733)
