Key Responsibilities Project and Client Leadership Lead a portfolio of Mechanical Building Services projects from concept to completion. Act as the primary client contact on key projects. Team Leadership and Development Lead and mentor a team of engineers. Oversee day‑to‑day workflow, resource planning, and team coordination. Support senior engineers’ development while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and training. Technical Expertise Act as a specialist in Mechanical Building Services Engineering. Provide expert guidance on design strategy, procurement, risk management, and technical challenges. Apply strong analytical and design skills across a variety of MEP systems and building types. Promote best practice in digital delivery, CAD, and BIM processes. Business Development and Strategy Support client development and contribute to securing new opportunities. Represent them at meetings, pitches, and industry events. Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements. About You Chartered Engineer with 10+ years’ experience in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. Proven record delivering MEP systems across different building types. Experienced as a Project Engineer or Project Lead. Strong communicator, confident presenting to clients and leading multidisciplinary teams.
