We are URGENTLY looking for 1Malecarer and 2 female carers(LIVE IN) to work for our young clients you will be between 25 and 40 years of age. Although personal care and hoisting experience is important you will also need to be good at cleaning cooking and will consider people who are new to care providing they have the right qualities for our clients.PLEASE NOTE THAT CARER MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE FOR OUR FEMALE CLIENT. Up to 700 a week . The same dedicated Care Manager to look after you. . Flexible shifts. . Training courses to support you. . Travel paid to and from the client. Becoming a carer can be an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling career. If you have relevant experience of caring and preferably live in care or are NVQ/Diploma qualified we would like to hear from you. If you are not a UK resident you will need to have clearance to work in the UK. As well as this you will need an up-to-date enhanced CRB /ISA check (or be prepared to have one). References must be supplied on your application. Carers can choose their own work shift patterns. Some are happy to work for months or more at a time others prefer two weeks on and two weeks off. The flexibility of work options also means carers can plan their income requirements exactly to their needs. We do however ask our carers to commit to no less than two week bookings in order to ensure continuity for themselves and their clients. The close contact with one client on a one to one basis means carers can have a more fulfilling work experience higher job satisfaction and much better relationships with the people they look after.
