Reporting to EU BM, providing clinical training and support to end users and sales channels.This job is solely field based and will require extensive European travel (up to 80%)Tasks and Responsibilities:Clinical Field SupportMain tasks:A considerable amount of your time will be spent covering procedures to ensure our customers and sales channels feel supported and confident in the clinical application of our products. You will be tasked with identifying customer training requirements and delivering training programs to both groups and individuals.Organise and conduct workshops to promote the education of the complete Synapse 3D product portfolio.Partner with customers to present Synapse 3D product portfolio to other potential customers.Provide meeting and congress support on-site or in Hospitals.Work with sales channels to understand the issues and obstacles in selling Synapse 3D surgical products as well as identifying new growth opportunities.Attend medical and industry conventions to meet with Surgeons, Physicians and Nurses to obtain voice of the customer, learn of competitive products, and stay current with developments in the field and clinical practice.Support the adoption, installation and training of the Synapse 3D products in the expanding market.Training and EducationMain tasks:Provide training and manage learning outcomes for the development of team members in each country.Update sales organisations and distributors on the latest developments in Synapse 3D products.Product (portfolio) Development Main tasks:Manage and develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships. Act as the product and procedure expert to drive large account conversions.Participate in the development of long and short-term marketing plans and strategies to increase revenue, maximise profit, and grow share of market for the Synapse 3D surgical business. Support the development of annual and corporate strategic business plans.Tracks and evaluates product performance in field:o Monitor customer satisfaction with initial installations and use of the product.o Communicate with technical staff in the field on product performance issues.o Visit customer sites regularly.o Lead user meetings to discuss product performance, document any performance problems of deficiencies, assemble, edit, and transmit all pertinent information to FEG.o Monitor and evaluate competition relative to new product introduction, help initiate appropriate action to counter competitive activities.Education and Skills Requirements:Experience with Radiology, Surgical departments desirable. (Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Clinical or Commercial field of the above departments).Must possess strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, project management, organisational/ follow-up and computer skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment, multi-task, and maintain a strong attention to detail required.Radiology qualifications desirable.Strong understanding of Healthcare IT facilities and requirements.Must speak English fluently.
