The Role: As Head of Client Learning & Development at 10X Managers, you will be in a critical leadership position, working closely with our founders to influence the strategic direction and drive growth of the business. This role places you at the heart of our expansion, where you will lead our efforts in shaping and defining the future of our company and its offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically design and implement tailored development programmes for employees, management, and leadership that resonate with our clients' needs.
  • Create and deliver engaging, interactive workshop content across diverse client groups.
  • Spearhead the enhancement of our LeadersLab platform with innovative event management and coaching strategies.
  • Offer expert consultancy services in L&D to our client partners, aligning with their strategic goals.
  • Support business development and sales initiatives.
  • Play a pivotal role in client relationship management.
  • Lead and expand our delivery team, setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
