About the client

The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Head of Hard FM for a period of 3-months with an established public sector organisation.


Accountabilities

  • Lead planning and delivery of hard FM
  • Responsible for maintenance, lifecycle planning and management of asset data
  • Development of an operational estate strategy
  • Responsible for the procurement of hard FM contracts
  • Involvement with H&S and ensure statutory compliance
  • Liaison with wider estates team
  • Strategic planning and delivering large-scale hard FM projects


Candidate Requirements

  • Available to start immediately
  • Experience leading a hard FM team
  • Live a commutable distance to Northampton
  • Experience in strategic planning and delivering large-scale hard FM projects
  • Experience ideally within the public or third sector
